This is a relatively simple map of the Solomon Islands as they appear during WW2. Right now it only includes the islands of New Georgia, Santa Isabel, Guadalcanal (with Savo Island and Florida Islands), Russell Islands and Malaita. There are two land-able airfields, Henderson Field on Guadalcanal and Munda on New Georgia. Two small carrier task force are also located in the ocean around the area, one centered around the USS Enterprise (CV-6), and the other around the Shokaku.
